Lori Ada Kilty

Lori Ada Kilty (last name is ‘Ada Kilty’) is a Principal Group Program Manager in Xbox Game Studios where her team focuses on inclusive design, global readiness, general compliance, business intelligence, release, and secondary channels. She has been at Microsoft for over twenty years, leaving and returning twice after stints at Epic Games and Niantic. Her experience spans many areas including education, research, data and analytics, mixed reality, and gaming. She has also worked in several different disciplines during her career including program management, software development, and operations. Lori is also a military veteran with twenty years in the Air Force and Air National Guard where she worked in production, graphics, and education. She has a passion for inclusive design, usability, and storytelling and is researching the relationship games and play can have on repairing connections in the brain caused by childhood trauma.
